Job Opportunity – HR Executive
Location: Kolkata
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on Experience)
Post: HR Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Maintain employee records and attendance
Assist in payroll management & HR operations
Coordinate training & development activities
Support management in day-to-day HR tasks
Recruitment & Staffing: Handle end-to-end hiring process – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and on boarding.
Employee Engagement: Maintain employee relations, handle grievances, and improve workplace culture.
Payroll & Attendance: Monitor attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll processing.
Performance Management: Assist in appraisals, feedback sessions, and performance tracking.
Training & Development: Organize training programs and skill-development workshops.
Compliance & HR Policies: Ensure company policies are followed, maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity etc.), and update HR documentation.
Exit Formalities: Handle resignations, full & final settlement, and exit interviews.
Eligibility:
Graduate / Postgraduate in HR / MBA (HR preferred)
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Fresher or Experienced – both can apply
1–3 years’ experience as HR Generalist / HR Executive. (Freshers with MBA HR can also apply).
Knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
Strong communication, interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
Good command over MS Office and HR software (preferred).
