Job Description
1. Their main target will be to recruit 30 CAs under them.
2. They have to maintain a google excel sheet which will have the details of each CA they recruit.
3. This sheet will be viewed by the marketing team as they will connect with each CA and call them to attend webinars for CAs.
4. Once the marketing team has connected, they will explain every detail to each CA about the referrals, installs, promoting the product on social media.
5. CAP HR along with the marketing team will keep in check on the CA performance and push them to achieve their targets.
6. CAP HR internship duration will be for 1 month and their reward will depend on the number of active CAs they have.
7. A gift card / voucher is offered worth ₹3,000 on having 30 active CAs. But even if someone has only managed to get 20 active CA’s then a gift card / voucher worth ₹2,000 will be given. ( Based on targets )
