Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our placement consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various client requirements across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements for different job positions.

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.

  • Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

  • Maintain candidate and client databases with accurate information.

  • Follow up with candidates post-interview till final selection and joining.

  • Build strong professional relationships with clients and ensure timely delivery.

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment life cycle and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Good negotiation and convincing ability.

  • Time management and multitasking skills.

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, Emailing).

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

  • 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).

Work Schedule:

  • Days: Monday to Saturday

  • Time: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
