Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract passive and active candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, Boolean searches, and other sourcing techniques.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify top talent pools, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS/CRM) with accurate information.
- Screening & Outreach: Conduct initial outreach, engage with potential candidates, and assess their interest and qualifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality talent through networking and engagement strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role in recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and social media recruitment.
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment databases.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with technical and non-technical hiring is a plus.
