Recruitment & Onboarding: Sourcing candidates, running background checks, managing job offers, and integrating new hires into the company system.
Employee Data Management: Maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring data quality in HR systems (like Oracle HCM, SAP), and handling confidential information.
Payroll & Benefits: Processing compensation, managing time & attendance, administering health benefits, stock options, and final settlements.
Performance & Development: Managing performance reviews, setting goals, tracking learning, managing career paths, and identifying skill gaps.
Employee Engagement: Supporting engagement initiatives, managing time-off policies, and improving overall employee experience.
Offboarding: Managing employee transitions, terminations, and retirement processes.
Process Improvement: Analyzing data, identifying issues, and improving HR processes for efficiency and better service.
Skills & Qualifications Often Required:
Experience with HRIS/HCM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors).
