Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern/Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support and execute a variety of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions.
  • Manage job postings on job portals, including Indeed, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee queries and resolve issues related to HR processes.
  • Contribute to organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support compliance and documentation requirements as needed.
  • Education: BBA, MBA in HR, or a relevant degree 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR software (e.g., ATS, MS Office).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices (preferred).
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
