Job Description

  • HR Intern Reports to SME
Job purpose
  • The HR Counsellor interacts with the employees of our clients and captures their feedback. They use unbiased, non-judgmental conversation techniques that help in understanding the truth at a granular level. This, in turn, forms the basis for root cause analysis of challenges and designing targeted solutions.
Duties and responsibilities
  • * Conduct Exit interviews to understand the root cause of attrition
  • * Conduct E-Sat surveys to understand employee feedback and identify satisfiers and dis-satisfiers
  • * Conduct other Engagement Surveys as per client requirement
  • * Document the information captured in the system.
  • * Flag outliers, create a document of the anomalies captured. 
  • * Escalate all issues to the Team Leads
Qualifications
  • * B.A./M.A. (B.Sc./M.Sc.)Psychology or
  • * M.B.A - HR or
  • * PGD in HR
Competencies:
  • * Fluency in Written & Verbal Communication in English
  • * Oral Fluency in any 1 regional Language.
  • * Typing - 30 wpm. 
  • * Listening & Probing skills.
  • * Decision-Making skills
  • * Time Management (12 - 18 interviews)
  • * Enthusiastic people who can gel in with the vibrant crowd here.
