Job Description
- HR Intern Reports to SME
- The HR Counsellor interacts with the employees of our clients and captures their feedback. They use unbiased, non-judgmental conversation techniques that help in understanding the truth at a granular level. This, in turn, forms the basis for root cause analysis of challenges and designing targeted solutions.
- * Conduct Exit interviews to understand the root cause of attrition
- * Conduct E-Sat surveys to understand employee feedback and identify satisfiers and dis-satisfiers
- * Conduct other Engagement Surveys as per client requirement
- * Document the information captured in the system.
- * Flag outliers, create a document of the anomalies captured.
- * Escalate all issues to the Team Leads
- * B.A./M.A. (B.Sc./M.Sc.)Psychology or
- * M.B.A - HR or
- * PGD in HR
- * Fluency in Written & Verbal Communication in English
- * Oral Fluency in any 1 regional Language.
- * Typing - 30 wpm.
- * Listening & Probing skills.
- * Decision-Making skills
- * Time Management (12 - 18 interviews)
