Amsi Technologies is offering "Administrative internship role" for the period of 3 months on full time basis,looking forward candidate with Strong administrative and communication skills, include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The admin job scope includes communicating via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Manage and maintain the filing system
- Front office handling
