- Employee Engagement Events
- HR Policies
- Employee Surveys
- Employee query management
- Conflict resolution
- Medical Insurance Management for GMC/GPA/GTL
- Food Card Management Management Information Systems
- Data management in MIS
- HR Tickets Mgt.
- HR process audit
- Background verifications for ex-employees
- Document management on Employee Portal & SharePoint
- Continuous Improvement
- Quality Assurance Personnel Interfaces:
- Familiarity with basic HR systems, processes & policies
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office
- Good in tracking and reporting skills
- Good written and verbal communication
