Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing and screening the candidates

2. Scheduling feedback sessions for the candidates
3. Sharing resources with the candidates
4. Reporting the progress regularly
5. Performing operations for fulfilling the clients' requirements (eg. giving updates to the client, scheduling interviews, posting on various social media platforms and other platforms, creating/updating HR documents)
6. Conducting surveys with different stakeholders to improve the hiring and training process
7. Collecting the data regarding the HR services
8. Researching, learning, and writing a summary on HR-related topics
