Job Description
- Coordinating day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Providing human resource support to the organization such as general administrative support to HR Team
- Managing HR records including resumes, applicant logs, and employee forms
- Sourcing potential candidates and ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Coordinating in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
- Maintaining employee confidentiality
Requirements:
Masters Degree in Human Resources or related field
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

Friendly and professional demeanor
