Job Description
1.)Coordinating with the other staff and assess the manpower requirement.
2.) Posting job vacancies on job portals, social media.
3.)Sourcing of potential candidates from job portals, social media.
4.) Act as point of contact between company and potential candidates.
5.) Co-ordinating with the potential candidates and inviting them for an interview.
6.) Screening the candidates before interview.
7.) To conduct interviews.
8.) To perform daily administrative tasks like maintaining resumes, maintaining attendance register, employee's leave management, etc.
9.) Review and inform employee's regarding company policies.
10.) Handling employee's grievances (if any).
11.) Planning employee's appraisal
