Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for job postings in Job portals, social media sites and other sources based on requisition request from different departments
- Responsible for Sourcing and intial Screening of the profiles based on the job requirements
- Shcedule interviews for initially screened candidates
- Assist senior HR executive(s) during the interview process
- Responsible for preparing interview status reports for reference of the management
- Handle joining formalities for the new hires
- Responsible for conducting background check for the new hires
Skills Required:
- Strong oral communication and written skills
- Ability to multi-task with a high level of detail
- Proactive and ability to work efficiently and independently
- Proficient in MS Office suite
