Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for  job postings in Job portals, social media sites and other sources based on requisition request from different departments
• Responsible for  Sourcing and intial Screening of the profiles based on the job requirements
• Shcedule interviews for initially screened candidates
• Assist senior HR executive(s) during the interview process
• Responsible for preparing interview status reports for  reference of the management
• Handle joining  formalities  for the new hires
• Responsible for conducting background check for the new hires

Skills Required:

• Strong oral communication and written skills
• Ability to multi-task with a high level of detail
• Proactive and ability to work efficiently and independently
• Proficient in MS Office suite
