Job summary:-

An HR intern should be able to handle manpower planning, recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and ratings. An HR intern job will also include the planning and execution of employee motivational and welfare activities. An HR intern introduces,
evaluates, monitors, and reviews HR and admin policies and makes recommendations for amendments. Duties:-

(a) Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications.

(b) Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills.

(d) Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions.

(e) Hire or refer to qualified candidates.
