Job Description

Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences
Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it
Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis
Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
Investigate recruitment market activity
Analyze published data and statistics pertaining to recruiter and job seeker activity
Evaluate performance of online hiring products or services
Assess future trends in human resource acquisition strategies
Coordinate recruiting research projects
Coordinate with tech team for product development of HR tools
Write detailed reports and present results
Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
Lead employment branding initiatives
Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
