About the Internship :
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Source & screen profiles, short-list the candidates in preliminary rounds
- Cold calls to suitable candidates
- Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity
- Regular follow up with the respective candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
- Manage the entire staffing process: recruiting, screening, interviewing, conducting tests and selecting employees to fill vacant positions throughout the organization6. The candidate would be working for the US Recruitment team. 7. Shift Timings would be 4pm - 1am
- Only those candidates can apply who:
- Are available for full time (in-office) internship
- Can start the internship between 21st Jan'19 and 20th Feb'19
- Are available for duration of 6 months
- Are from Mumbai, Western Line.
- The Location of the company is Malad {west}
- Have relevant skills and interests
- Certificate, Letter of recommendation, Flexible work hours, Informal dress code, 5 days a week, Free snacks & beverages.
