Roles and Responsibilities: Willing to participate in all the HR related and in their activities. Preparing Job Descriptions on the required jobs & ;amp; intern profiles available in the organization. Maintaining the list of different free and paid job portals for their reference for recruitment process. Manage job postings on job portals and social networks with the organization IDs provided to them along with JDs after the approval from the concerned person and staying updated with the same. Create reports of different HR activities, Minutes of Meetings and related processes as per requirements. Assisting HR operations and employee engagement. Assist in screening forms and resumes of applicants and conducting telephonic interviews. Scheduling Interviews for different profile as per the requirement. Hire suitable interns and employees for the organization. Assist the HR team in organizing Career Fairs, Campus Placements and other special events. 

Skills Required: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in team oriented environment. Having a positive attitude & ;amp; eager to learn new things. Possessing a good presentation Skills & ;amp; disciplined towards the work. Flexible to work under any circumstances.
