Role and responsibilities
- Assist HR Head in recruitments.
- Sourcing candidates through portals social media platform
- Conduct telephonic interviews
- Calling and emailing the eligible candidates and conducting the interview process
- Releasing letter of intents to shortlisted candidates.
- Completion of joining formalities & On boarding formalities
- Maintaining all the data in MIS
- Assist in day to day HR activities & other tasks as assigned
- Candidate must be fluent in English (Verbal and written) -NON-NEGOTIABLE
- Must know basic MS Office. Basic knowledge of Excel and Word is a must.
- Must have other basic computer skills -Emailing, data extraction form internet etc.
- Well-groomed and a pleasant person.
- 0 to 3 months experience
- Graduates can apply
- MBA -HR will be preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given an instant preference.
