Should be able to handle End to End Recruitment Sourcing resumes through Job portals , other sources , head hunting and references
Screening profiles according to the job descriptions
Coordination / Pre joining engagement with the candidates till successful on boarding.
Coordinating with various departments for the hiring process and fulfilling the requirements.
Excellent communication skills
Strong Inter- personnel and negotiation skills
Should be sincere and hardworking
Must be open to handle pressure.
Should be able to work independently
