Job Description
candidates who are freshers or experienced can apply for the job:
Business Partnering:
- Maintaining Basic HR Hygiene including Grievance Redressal for the workmen
- Driving Performance Management for the workmen & staff
- Maintaining Basic HR Hygiene sub processes
Employee Relations:
- Overall Management of Employee Relations at the unit
- Coordination and responsibility for Disciplinary processes
- Drive the Engagement activities at unit level with 100% compliance, along with the Business Linked Engagement Program.
- Proactive management of grievances
- Support in collective bargain process
- Shall work on AMS (Absenteeism Management system) to reduce the absenteeism % of the unit
- Lead and manage different committees / Trade unions
Recruitment:
- Managing selection & recruitment of staff, workmen & apprentices
- End-to-end management of the following services of the unit:
- Unit OHC (Occupational Health Centre)
- Security
- Gardening
- GHK
Contract Labour Management:
- Induction
- Access control
- Statutory compliances
Legal Compliances:
- Responsible for statutory compliances of the unit – coordinating with contractors for the same.
- Support on Legal cases in the unit
External Liaising:
- Interal & External Liaising with government agencies like Factory Inspector, ALC, GLO, Custom Zone authorities as well as stake holders etc.
