HR Intern Job in Absolute Reports at Baner, Pune

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, pleasant personality for our company who have good communication skills and convincing power who is ready to take responsibility of HR Intern.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Engaging in recruitment, selection, staffing, and other HR activities
• Handling admin responsibilities
• Screening, and interviewing the candidates
• Handling end-to-end recruitment process 
• Calling Colleges/students to invite for various programs. 
  
• Reporting feedback and contact details of each inquiry.
• Making the inquiry & internship related daily reports.
• Telephonic follow-ups to the walk-ins after the counselling walk-ins.
• Good communication skills, enthusiastic, energetic, go-getter, pleasant personality.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

• Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
• Fluent in English
• Should be able to work with a Team.
• Qualifications-Graduate, BBA/BBM, Other Post Graduate, PG Diploma, MBA/PGDM
• Experience-freshers
