Job Description
A) Key Functional Area:
1. Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure hiring goals are achieved.
2. Will be responsible for end to end talent acquisition cycle.
3. Build talent pool for just in time hiring

C) Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnering with hiring managers to determine hiring needs
2. Develop and update job descriptions
3. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
4. Screen candidates resume and job applications
5. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
6. Following with candidate till joining
7. Ensure hiring is done within given budget
8. Record keeping related to hiring
