Job Description
Join NPM Recruitment as an HR Intern and gain hands-on experience in staffing and internal hiring. Open to freshers and experienced candidates aged 18–35 with basic English proficiency. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, tracking feedback, and attending daily team meetings on Google Meet (11:00 AM–7:00 PM, Monday–Saturday). Webcam must remain on during shift hours. Breaks: 1:30–2:15 PM & 4:45–5:00 PM. Earn ₹1000–₹10,000+ per successful placement. Internship is remote (Kandivali East, Mumbai), with daily virtual interviews (12–6 PM). Benefits include incentives, stipend upon policy compliance, internship certificate & recommendation letter.
