Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in a variety of tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and engagement activities. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real-world HR operations and explore different facets of the HR profession.
The role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to build a career in human resources, talent acquisition, employee relations, or organizational development.
As an intern, your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews
Maintaining employee records and ensuring documentation compliance.
Supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
Assisting in drafting HR Policies, Memos, and communications.
Coordinating training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Conducting surveys and compiling reports related to HR functions
Assisting in payroll-related tasks and attendance tracking
Providing administrative support to the HR team as required.
