Job Description

Position: HR Intern
Duration: 3 to 6 Months

Role Overview:
AQAAIRX Autonomous Systems Private Limited is seeking an HR Intern to assist with various human resource functions across the company. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, capable of handling work pressure, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in posting job openings on job portals and company website.

Help with shortlisting resumes and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview feedback.

Assist in preparing onboarding documents and orientation schedules for new employees.

Support in organizing training and development programs.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of HR functions is a plus.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Eligibility:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Prior internship experience in HR is an advantage, but not required.

Duration and Timing:

Internship period: 3 to 6 months, flexible working hours.
