Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling the entire employee life cycle from recruitment to onboarding till the exit of employees
2. Sourcing profiles using job portal, employee referral social media, etc. as per job requirements and interviewing candidates telephonically
3. Scheduling Interviews: Arranging documents of shortlisted candidates, travel arrangements, and hotel arraignment as per the interview schedule
4. Maintaining recruitment tracker
5. Facilitating onboarding of candidates including collecting their documents, maintaining their personnel file, and providing them with all required resources
