Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Admissions & Program Coordination

Assist the HR and admissions team in handling inquiries from prospective students about stock market courses and financial training programs.

Guide candidates through the application and enrollment process, ensuring timely communication and document collection.

Schedule and coordinate admission interviews, assessments, and orientation sessions for selected candidates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student applications, enrollments, and documentation using CRM or Excel.
2. Recruitment Support for Partner Companies

Collaborate with HR and placement teams to identify eligible candidates for internships and job roles at partner broking firms, trading desks, and fintech companies.

Assist in posting job/internship openings across platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, college groups, and internal databases.

Screen resumes and assist in conducting initial telephonic interviews for shortlisted candidates.

Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback collection between candidates and partner HR teams.
3. Database Management & Reporting

Maintain structured databases of students, alumni, placements, and company contacts.

Track student progress, internship status, and final placement outcomes.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on admission status, recruitment activities, and student engagement.
4. Candidate Engagement & Communication

Respond to queries from students and candidates regarding course content, eligibility, placement opportunities, and timelines.

Send reminders, emails, and messages related to interviews, sessions, and documentation.

Share information about new openings, industry requirements, and resume tips with students actively seeking opportunities.
5. HR Operations & Onboarding Support

Assist in creating and sending offer letters, internship confirmation letters, and onboarding documents.

Coordinate with internal teams to provide students with pre-placement training, resume building, and interview preparation support.

Participate in the development and execution of placement drives, recruitment events, and job fairs in collaboration with academic and corporate teams.
6. Industry Research & Networking
-
Conduct basic research on financial services recruiters, broking firms, fintech startups, and current hiring trends in the capital markets.

Update and maintain a company contact list with HR or hiring managers from potential partner organizations.

Support outreach campaigns to build new recruitment partnerships.
