The candidate will assist in daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and attendance details.
Help in organizing training, engagement, and team-building activities.
Provide administrative support in HR operations and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related queries.
