MBA HR Intern – Job Profile

Position: HR Intern

Department: Human Resources

Duration: 1 year

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Selection
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
2. Onboarding & Induction
• Support onboarding processes for new employees.
• Prepare offer letters and induction materials.
• Conduct joining formalities and orientation sessions.
3. HR Operations & Administration
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
• Support compliance and documentation processes.
4. Employee Engagement
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist in internal communication initiatives (e.g., newsletters, announcements).
• Collect feedback and assist in engagement surveys.
5. Performance Management
• Support data collection for appraisal cycles.
• Help in preparing performance reports and dashboards
6. Learning & Development
• Assist in organizing training sessions and tracking attendance.
• Help evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and reports.
7. HR Analytics & Reporting
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics (attrition, recruitment, attendance, etc.).
• Support HR dashboards and data presentations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of HR concepts and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and confidentiality
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
