Job Description

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Support in onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Maintain HR documentation and employee records.

Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Handle basic queries from employees related to HR policies and procedures.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or pursuing final year).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws is a plus.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally.
