Job Description
CommVersion is looking for remarkable humans to join our team as we
continue the journey in the evolution of digital communication. If you’re
looking for a new role that will both challenge and excite you in equal

What the job involves Ownership of all aspects in Human Resources across the business which includes; ● Managing employee life cycle from screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection of candidates ● Identify the right talent and Design Development programs for key employees to ensure they grow within the system. ● Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems (HRMS) ● Support the team in other HR activities. ● Maintain candidate database, test report and creating analysis to present hiring analysis on a timely basis. ● Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees.
What makes you an ideal candidate ● Tying up with colleges and institutes to build up a database for recruitment ● Working on cultural and engagement activities ● Assisting the team as and when required Qualification Bachelor's degree BSc/BA in business administration, social studies, or relevant field; further training will be a plus Skill Set: Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
