As an HR Intern, you will assist the HR team with a variety of tasks aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing employee experience. This entry-level position provides a great opportunity for individuals interested in a career in human resources to gain hands-on experience and build essential skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment processes including screening resumes and coordinating interviews.

Support onboarding activities for new hires including preparing orientation materials

Assist in updating HR databases and employee records

Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events

Provide administrative support such as filing documents and managing HR correspondence

Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes

Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks
