Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will support and execute a variety of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions.
Manage job postings on job portals, including Indeed, LinkedIn, and others.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee queries and resolve issues related to HR processes.
Contribute to organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Support compliance and documentation requirements as needed.
Education: BBA, MBA in HR, or a relevant degree
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR software (e.g., ATS, MS Office).
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices (preferred).
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
