Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in various operational tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment process, onboarding activities, and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Calling:

Reach out to potential candidates through calls for various open positions.

Explain job roles, company details, and address candidate queries.
Interview Line-up:
-
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Share interview reminders and manage candidate follow-ups.
Document Collection:
-
Collect and verify required documents from selected candidates.

Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of all necessary paperwork.
Offer Processing:

Assist in preparing offer letters and ensure communication with selected candidates.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely offer roll-outs.
Joining Formalities:
-
Coordinate joining documentation and day-one formalities.

Ensure completion of joining kits and induction schedules.
Employee Onboarding:

Support in organizing onboarding sessions and introducing new hires to company policies and culture.

Act as a point of contact for new joiners during their initial days.
Employee Connect:

Assist in organizing engagement activities, feedback sessions, and HR outreach programs.

Support the HR team in addressing basic employee queries and concerns.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational and coordination abilities

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
