Job Description
Digi2L is looking for young and enthusiastic minds to work in our HR team as an Intern for 3-6 months (full-time). The role has potential to become full time based on individual’s performance and business requirement.
What will you learn?
In these 3-6 months you will get to work with our business leaders and learn how to find and hire top talent for the organization. Use marketing strategies to attract talent.
What will you be doing?
- Source candidates, do talent markets study, set up interviews with hiring managers, be our culture champion and engage with prospective candidates on social media.
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Revise company policies
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
- Answer employee's queries and handle grievances
- Assist the payroll team by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
- Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
Requirement
- Graduation degree in human resources or relevant field such as BMS/BBA- HR, MBA -HR, PGDM/Diploma- HR
- Highly Creative, Thinking Ability, Strong Presentation Skills along with Strong Communication Skills.
- Skills require a very high ability to drive things end- to end and follow up aggressively to get the work done, ability to influence and collaborate with various functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and should be very good at Excel and PowerPoint.
- Broad knowledge of various candidate evaluation techniques.
- Candidates should be a team player, have a keen eye for detail, be able and willing to coach others in accurate and effective marketing communications and have the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

- Candidates based out of Mumbai will only be considered
