Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern (Freshers) to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, allowing candidates to gain valuable insights into recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Maintain HR records, databases, and employee files.
Help with employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in drafting HR policies and documentation.
Support payroll and compliance-related tasks.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks.
Requirements:
