Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
-
Assist the HR team in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking platforms.

Screen resumes, shortlist profiles, and schedule interviews for candidates.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
-
Support the HR team during walk-in drives and campus recruitment programs.
-
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
2. Onboarding & Orientation
-
Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing offer letters, collecting documents, and explaining joining formalities.
-
Assist in conducting employee orientation sessions to introduce company policies, culture, and procedures.

Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
3. Employee Engagement & Welfare
-
Plan, organize, and assist in executing employee engagement activities like events, celebrations, and team-building programs.

Help design surveys and feedback forms to measure employee satisfaction.
-
Coordinate birthday celebrations, rewards & recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
4. HR Operations & Administration
-
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and files.
-
Assist in drafting HR letters such as offer letters, experience certificates, and relieving letters.
-
Support the team in preparing HR reports and presentations.

Handle basic administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and documentation.
5. Payroll & Compliance Support (if applicable)

Assist in collecting and verifying attendance and leave records.

Support the HR team in coordinating with the payroll department.
-
Help ensure compliance with statutory laws and HR policies.
6. Training & Development
-
Assist in identifying training needs across departments.
-
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
-
Track employee participation and collect feedback to improve training effectiveness.
