Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in Recruitment Processes: Help with the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.

2. Support HR Administration: Assist with maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents like employment contracts and new hire guides.

3. Employee Onboarding and Training: Help organize and manage new employee orientation and training programs.

4. Employee Relations Support: Provide support in handling employee queries and concerns.

5. Participate in HR Projects: Engage in various HR projects such as employee engagement programs, policy reviews, and compliance audits.

6. Data Management and Reporting: Assist with data entry and the creation of reports on HR metrics.
