Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in building and maintaining the life cycle of the employees
2. Work on coordinating with employees for all HR-related aspects
3. Work on the weekly performance monitoring of employees
4. Assist in the payment cycle mechanism
5. Work on data preparation & presentation
6. Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding of the employees

Other requirements
1. MBA, BBA with HR specialization or an equivalent degree
2. Work experience is preferred.
3. Understanding of the HR processes
