Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT & Non-IT roles. Source potential candidates through job portals, networking, headhunting, referrals, and social media. Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely closures. Maintain and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients. Keep track of market trends and hiring practices to optimize recruitment strategies
