Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with the Core team to attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
2. Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to identify the best candidates for open positions.
3. Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, coordinating pre-employment checks, and ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
4. Contribute to the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
5. Assist with organizing training sessions and workshops to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
6. Help maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
7. Act as a trusted partner to employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
