Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. As an HR Intern, you will support various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and training. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and understand how people processes contribute to the success of an organization.
The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team environment. You will receive guidance from experienced HR professionals and get exposure to real-world scenarios across different HR domains.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support:

Assist in posting job openings on company career pages, job boards, and social media platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
2. Onboarding Assistance:

Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.

Support new employee orientation by preparing welcome kits and helping organize induction sessions.

Collect and verify documents from new hires and maintain accurate employee files.
3. HR Documentation & Records:

Maintain and organize employee records both digitally and physically.

Update HR databases and spreadsheets with relevant employee data such as leaves, appraisals, attendance, etc.

Assist in preparing reports and HR dashboards as required by the team.
4. Employee Engagement & Communication:

Help organize employee engagement activities such as birthday celebrations, team events, and wellness programs.

Draft internal communication content such as emails, newsletters, or memos.

Gather feedback from employees regarding workplace culture and share insights with the HR team.
5. Training & Development:

Coordinate internal training sessions and keep track of participation and attendance.

Assist in identifying training needs and preparing training schedules.

Help prepare training materials, feedback forms, and evaluation reports.
6. HR Compliance & Policies:

Learn and support the implementation of company HR policies and procedures.

Ensure interns, employees, and freelancers follow compliance requirements such as background checks, ID verification, and code of conduct.
7. General Administrative Tasks:

Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions.

Assist the HR team in maintaining office discipline and a positive work environment.

Attend departmental meetings and take notes for follow-up actions.
