Position: HR Intern
Company: Intect
Location: Noida, Sector 1
Duration: 4–6 Months
Stipend: ₹6,000 per month

Role Overview
We are looking for driven and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at Intect. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the HR spectrum, from recruitment to onboarding, in a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and candidate follow-up.
Write and post job descriptions on multiple job boards and platforms.
Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and selection criteria.
Support employee engagement activities and HR events.
Assist in onboarding and induction for new hires.
Handle HR documentation and maintain proper records.
Conduct basic reference checks.
Research HR best practices and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
