Job Description

Seeking Freshers/women who are trying to make a career comeback for HR Intern role. Calling full time HR interns for projects - we have exciting projects in various HR functions (campus hiring, lateral hiring, compensation research, talent market survey etc.) and you can be based anywhere in India (pure WFH).

Responsibilities:

● Publishing job descriptions and adverts on the various recruitment

platforms

● Ensuring all approvals are received and filed for auditing purposes

● Screening of applications and CV’s according to the requirements

provided for the role

● Supervising the HR jobs email

● Support HR Administrator in corresponding to applicants

● Support HR Administrator in scheduling interviews

● Communicating vacancies to organization

Assisting in preparation for annual audit- ensuring all records are

updated, filed correctly, and are easily accessible

● Assisting HR administrator with posting of birthdays and general HR

communications

● Assisting in Scheduling of monthly staff meetings, finalizing agenda and

minute taking

● Updating of monthly organogram and sharing on Sharepoint

● Minute-taking when required
