Kiara TechX is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.
Support onboarding processes and documentation.
Help in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Provide support in drafting HR policies, SOPs, and compliance-related tasks.
Assist the HR team with day-to-day operations.
Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
time-management abilities, Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude and enthusiasm to grow in the HR domain.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
