Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview arrangements.

Support in employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.
HR Operations & Administration

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Assist in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and other HR documentation.

Handle attendance tracking and leave management.
Employee Engagement & Training

Help plan and execute employee engagement activities.

Support in organizing training programs and HR workshops.

Assist in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.
HR Compliance & Reporting

Ensure proper documentation as per HR policies and labor laws.

Prepare and maintain HR reports, performance metrics, and payroll data.

Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
