Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support

Assist in posting job vacancies on various job portals, company websites, and social media.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Coordinate interviews by scheduling meetings between candidates and hiring managers.

Communicate with candidates via email or phone regarding interview details and outcomes.

Help maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
2. Onboarding and Documentation

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires including document collection, background checks, and orientation schedules.

Ensure all employee documents are correctly filed and updated in both hard copy and digital systems.

Prepare welcome kits and organize induction programs (virtual or in-person).
3. HR Administration
-
Maintain and organize employee records in HR systems and databases.

Assist in managing attendance, leave records, and daily HR operations.

Help draft HR documents such as offer letters, internship certificates, and other HR forms.
4. Employee Engagement Activities
-
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, events, and celebrations.

Help with internal communication regarding HR policies, events, and announcements.

Gather employee feedback and help in preparing reports on engagement outcomes.
5. Learning & Development Support

Assist in coordinating internal training sessions or external learning programs.

Track employee participation in training and maintain learning records.

Collect feedback from training participants and prepare summary reports.
6. Compliance and Policy Support

Assist in ensuring HR policies are being followed and documented properly.

Help prepare reports for audits and internal reviews.

Support in ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HR standards and employment laws.
