Job Overview
An HR Intern plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department with day-to-day operations, recruitment processes, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Assist the HR team in posting job openings on various platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and company portals.

Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Conduct telephonic and initial HR screening rounds for freshers and interns.

Maintain and update the candidate database for future requirements.
2. Onboarding & Induction

Assist in the employee onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.

Prepare offer letters, joining kits, ID cards, and employee records.

Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize employees with company policies and culture.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure proper induction and training.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations

Support HR in organizing employee engagement activities, cultural events, and celebrations.

Assist in conducting surveys, feedback sessions, and team-building programs.

Handle basic employee queries regarding policies, leaves, and payroll.

Help maintain a positive workplace culture and foster good employee relations.
4. Payroll & Attendance Support

Assist the HR and accounts teams in tracking attendance, leaves, and working hours.

Help with salary data preparation and maintain payroll-related documents.

Ensure all employee information is updated in the HRMS or attendance systems.
5. Compliance & Documentation

Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files accurately.

Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and labor laws.

Assist in preparing reports related to headcount, attrition, and performance reviews.
6. Training & Development

Coordinate with trainers and managers to organize skill enhancement sessions.

Maintain a record of training attendance, performance, and outcomes.

Assist in creating learning materials, presentations, and feedback forms.
