Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and eager-to-learn HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, documentation, and HR administration. The HR Intern will assist the HR team in daily operations and projects, gaining valuable exposure to real-world HR practices and building a strong foundation for a career in human resources.
This internship is ideal for candidates currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on training programs & career opportunities
- Handle admissions, documentation, and lead follow-ups
- Source and screen candidates via job portals
- Conduct short telephonic interviews
- Coordinate with broking partners for placements
- Use CRM tools to track candidate progress
- Share brochures & manage daily outreach via WhatsApp
- Duration: 6 months or 1 year (choose as per your availability)
