Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial calls.
- Help in managing employee records and other HR documentation.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and arranging orientation sessions.
- Coordinate HR activities, including training, workshops, and team-building events.
- Support HR department in preparing reports and maintaining databases.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and assist in analyzing results.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of basic HR software and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
